We include the cost of mainland shipping in the price fo all our boxed products, so, if you are in a mainland location, as many of our customers are, you know what you will be paying before you place the item in your basket.

A "mainland location" covers ALL of England and Wales and the bulk of Scotland (including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Stirling, Perth, Dundee and the towns and villages to the south) excluding some islands.

Beware online retailers who slip in a delivery fee after displaying their shopping basket with no shipping fee as if it were surprise to them that the product, once ordered, would in fact needed to be delivered. They are simply attempting a crude deception at their potential customer's (your) expense.

We can only show one price and since most of our customers are in mainland locations we show the mainland shipping price.

To our highly valued customers in non-mainland locations including Northern Scotland, Ireland both North and South, The Channel Islands, The Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly as well as the rest of Europe and the U.S. we ask that you bare with us. We state on the final ordering page that a delivery surcharge will apply and we ALWAYS contact you the customer before applying a surcharge to your order.

Where products are not boxed, we include a delivery charge. This however is an approximation and there may be a surcharge or credit based upon the exact delivery destination.
